Pre-registered protocols for the institute's founding series of four experiments: sodium butyrate HDAC inhibition in Physarum polycephalum (EXP-001), fisetin senolytic assessment in Artemia franciscana (EXP-002) and Lemna minor (EXP-003), and trimethylglycine methylation support in Turbatrix aceti (EXP-004). Hypotheses, protocols, statistical plans, and predicted outcomes are submitted prior to any experimental data collection.

BPC-157: Mechanism, Evidence Quality, and Experimental Candidacy Assessment

A structured assessment of BPC-157 (body protection compound-157), a pentadecapeptide derived from gastric juice protein. Reviews the existing evidence base across angiogenesis, tendon healing, and gut motility studies; evaluates evidence quality and reproducibility; and assesses candidacy for inclusion in the institute's experimental series. This review is the institute's first published compound profile and establishes the template for ongoing evidence synthesis work.

On pre-registration. Every experiment we run is registered before it begins. Hypotheses, protocols, and predicted outcomes are committed to the public record on bioRxiv before any organism is touched. This is not a publishing philosophy — it is an operating principle. The scientific record should reflect what experiments actually found, not which findings survived selection pressure. We publish null results. We publish partial results. We publish everything.
